1. Who we are
Homa ("Homa", "we", "us") is a website design and development studio based in Spain, reachable at santiagopzc@homahub.app. These terms govern your use of homahub.app and the services we provide.
2. Our service
We design, build, publish, host and maintain websites for local businesses. We may prepare and show you a preview of your website before any payment is due.
3. Quotes & pricing
Prices are shown in EUR and may also be billed in USD, and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Plans combine a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee. We may update pricing for future orders.
4. 30-day guarantee
You see your website before you commit. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund the setup fee. Monthly fees already used are non-refundable.
5. Payments & billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The monthly plan renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Your content
You grant us the rights needed to use the materials you provide (text, images, logos, menus) to build and run your website. You confirm you own or are licensed to use them.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of your finished website's content is yours. We retain ownership of our underlying code, components, frameworks and know-how, which we may reuse.
8. Hosting & maintenance
While on an active monthly plan, we host your website and provide reasonable maintenance and updates. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful content or activity, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Termination
Either party may end the monthly plan with notice. On termination we may take your hosted website offline; you may request an export of your content.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Spain.

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Homa (operated by Santiago Pérez), based in Spain. Contact: santiagopzc@homahub.app.
2. Data we collect
We collect the email address and any details you choose to send us (for example via our contact email or a sign-up form), information about your business that you provide for your website, and basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how homahub.app is used.
3. How we use it
To respond to you, prepare proposals and previews, provide and maintain your website, process payments, and improve our services.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (e.g. newsletter), the performance of a contract (providing our services), and our legitimate interest in running and improving Homa.
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted processors to run our service — for example Stripe (payments), email and hosting providers, and deployment platforms. We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing santiagopzc@homahub.app. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
9. Cookies
homahub.app uses only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. We store your language preference locally in your browser.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
